To receive CME credit, you must access the course and articles through the “Register” button (located at the top of your screen), create a username and password, complete the required evaluation form, and attest to your participation. Credit cannot be awarded for articles read solely on the public website.

  1. Penn State College of Medicine designates the CARE Down Syndrome eLearning Course for a maximum of 2 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™, and 0.25 credit(s) for each reference article read.
  2. Enroll in CARE Down Syndrome eLearning Course and/or Reference Articles.
  3. Complete the Course or Read the CME-accredited Clinical Reference Articles.
  4. Complete the Evaluation Form.
  5. Once you submit the evaluation, Penn State College of Medicine’s system is notified to process your credit. Penn State College of Medicine will then award your CME credit and send you an electronic certificate, typically within a few weeks of course completion.
